Generosity Promotes Change
Thank you for your financial gift to further growth deep and wide at Hope+Elim and in our city around us. We know that generosity looks different for everyone, yet when we give what God has first given to us in obedience and overflow, we trust and believe that God will provide abundantly for our church. Your gift equips our church to support local and global missions, creatively share the good news of Jesus to people of all ages, and to faithfully live out our mission and vision. Because God has blessed us all differently, consider how you might give toward the vision God’s given Hope+Elim.

Ways to Give
1. Give online
Set up a quick and secure gift using your checking account or debit or credit card. Give once or schedule a recurring tithe.
2. Text
Giving is simple, secure and at your fingertips through our text-to-give method. Text “GIVE” and the dollar amount to 515-219-9093. For example, texting “GIVE 50” donates $50 to our General Fund.
3. Drop Off a Check
Whether you worship or connect in-person or online, your offering can be dropped off at the church during any worship services or during office hours.
4. Mail a Check
Are you a part of our community and you live outside of the Des Moines Metro or prefer to send in your offering? You can mail a check to Hope+Elim!

5. Non-Cash Giving
You don’t have to limit your giving to dollars! We can accept non-cash gifts such as stocks, bonds, trusts, assets and large item donations. Please email [email protected] if interested in tithing in this way.
Shining the Light Together
God has created Hope+Elim to be a lighthouse in the city now and for many years to come, not only in our physical structure with a cross that can be seen from miles away, but spiritually for the neighborhoods around us. Lighthouses serve many purposes, namely shining a light in the darkness and providing a safe place for harbor, all to allow ships to be sent back out to sea to do what they were created to do. Join us for worship each week of the campaign (Oct. 29 – Nov. 19) as we share the vision of Shining the Light Together!
We come into this world with nothing, and we leave with nothing. In between, God blesses us with resources, including money, to take care of while we are here. It’s God’s money. He simply asks us to be faithful stewards of the gifts he has provided, and to invest faithfully. We thank you for considering what God might be asking you to give, while doing so, we encourage you to pray, listen to God and take a leap of faith, trusting God enough to do whatever he calls you to do, believing that he will provide the means to make it happen (2 Corinthians 9:6-11).
