Support Groups

Hope+Elim partners with support groups around the city of Des Moines to offer weekly meetings to assist on your journey toward healing. Support groups like Narcotics Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous and others are offered throughout the week.

Hospital Visits

Members of Hope’s hospital Visitation Team make daily calls to Des Moines area hospitals, providing support, encouragement and prayer for loved ones. Community Resources

Hope+Elim supports several area assistance programs like Polk County General Assistance, Primary Health Care & Community Assistance. We encourage those in need of care to seek resources provided by the city in addition to the support of their church community.
